Shop Look Two:

Hi everyone!!!! I’m so excited for today’s post because this is a collaboration post! I’m so happy Nicole from The Leopard Coat reached out to do this. It’s amazing how social media works because we got connected while I was in Virginia and I live miles away in Florida! Thank God for those Instagram Geo Tags, huh? Haha. Anyway, we decided to share some looks on how to style hats during fall season. You’ve got fedoras, floppy hats, brim hats, and beanies! You cannot forget the beanies.

I was looking through photos of tons of different hats and realized I’ve got hybrids of the most common hats we wear during fall! Let’s call my grey hat a floppy-short-brim hat and my brown one is a short-round-floppy hat but not too floppy? You know what I’m saying? Like I can still see you, seeing me!

In my opinion the hats I’m showing you are not only different in color but style; so of course I wanted to show two different looks as well! When I was putting these looks together I thought ‘these are complete opposites…I am digging that!’ I’ve never been the one to box my style into one category so I want to encourage you guys to experiment as well! I hope Nicole and I inspire you to take these fall hats and really be unique in your style.

I think you can take these two looks and really play around to make them day time appropriate and night time appropriate. At first I thought my black and grey look was my street-style day time look and the floral off the shoulder would be my girly-chic nighttime look! Then I thought to myself…I would totally wear either of these at any point of the day!!! Lol. So honestly, it’s up you how you take these looks and fit them into your style!

Xo, Kat

Here are some hats I really like and wish were in my closet already:
